Peer Support
Our certified recovery coaches work collaboratively with individuals to establish goals, foster motivation, and navigate challenges in their personal recovery journeys.
Outreach Medical Services
We provide outreach medical services to bring essential healthcare directly to individuals who may face barriers to accessing traditional care. These services help address urgent needs, offer preventive care, and connect people with ongoing health resources—all delivered with compassion and respect, wherever they’re needed most.
Peer Support Meetings
We facilitate regular support groups where individuals can connect, share experiences, and receive emotional support in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
Scott County IRACS – Scott County Jail Programs
The IRACS programs are composed of peer-driven teams working in the jails daily to provide the help needed so that incarcerated individuals have a better chance of succeeding when they re-enter society.
Grief Support
We also provide grief support for individuals coping with loss. Through compassionate listening, resources and guidance, we create a safe space where clients share their experiences and begin to heal. Our goal is to walk alongside them, offering comfort and support as they navigate their grief journey.
Free HIV/HCV Testing
We offer free, confidential HIV and Hepatitis C (HCV) testing to help individuals take charge of their health, promote early detection, and connect people with care and support services if needed.
Clothing Closet and Food Pantry
We offer free clothing and food to make sure everyone’s basic needs are met and to bridge the gap during difficult times. Together, these resources are designed to provide comfort, stability and hope to those we serve.
